SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
Ensuring that you receive your Soignébyk goodies as soon as possible is very important to us, however, we kindly ask for your patience as domestic and international orders may be delayed due to the impacts of COVID-19.
Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. When you receive your tracking number, it means that processing has been completed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the courier to update your tracking number. 
Any further questions regarding the status of your delivery must be directed to the courier directly once they have your package in their care.

PLEASE NOTE
Fulfillment is a separate process from shipping. Your selected shipping rate does not trigger expedited fulfillment. During periods of typical traffic, we aim to execute every order within five business days, but we do not currently provide expedited fulfillment. Please remember that the delivery window is an estimate and that several carriers have stopped offering guaranteed delivery.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order processing during high-volume times, such as product launches, sales, and holidays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that some of your items are shipped separately to speed up delivery. However, we offer the below postage services to our domestic customers

- Standard Shipping {with tracking} - $20 
- Express Shipping {next day delivery} - $30
- Free Standard shipping {with tracking} for orders  $80 +

Please ensure all shipping information is correct as once your order has been fulfilled, we are not able to change it.
INCORRECT ADDRESS

At Soignébyk, we strive to provide efficient and secure shipping for all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen during the shipping process. Therefore, we would like to clarify that we are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address provided by the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date.

 If the customer realizes that the shipping address is incorrect after the order has been placed, it is their responsibility to contact us immediately to rectify the situation. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if the order has not been shipped yet.

In the event that the order has already been shipped to the wrong address, we cannot be held responsible for the mistake. The customer will need to place a new order and ensure that the correct shipping address is provided.

We strongly recommend that customers double-check their shipping address before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience or delay in receiving their products.

COURIERS
Please note that once the order has been handed over to the courier, it is their responsibility to deliver the package to the correct address. We cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the courier during the shipping process. 

If the package is delivered to the wrong address by the courier, the customer will need to contact the courier directly to resolve the issue. We recommend that customers track their packages closely to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

While we strive to get out orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that depending on the number of orders we receive, shipping times may range from one to two weeks. Please email info@soignebyk.com with any urgent orders.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
For an estimated delivery or release date, please refer to your product listing. While we strive to get out orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that depending on the number of orders we receive, shipping times may range from one to two weeks.

The latest preorder dispatch timeframes will be followed if you submit an order with more than one presale item. 

For example, if you order a planner preorder due in October and an agenda preorder due in December, your order will dispatch simultaneously within the planners dispatch window. 
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
We are thrilled to have customers from around the world and we are happy to ship internationally. Please note that all customs, import fees, taxes and duties, and/or any other fees that may be charged at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. DELAYS

International deliveries may be delayed for inspection by your destination country, but there is no need to worry! You can easily contact your local postal service with your tracking details so they can advise the best means of receiving your parcel. If there are any delays, they should be able to provide you with a timeline of when you can expect to receive it.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to love your Soignébyk products so we have a 7-day change of mind exchange or store credit policy, 
excluding digital downloads. 

We accept returns within 7 days of the order delivery, provided the item is in the same condition that it was received, unopen, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, and the original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Agendas are no longer returnable once the cardboard ring protector has been removed. 
REFUNDS
Digital downloads will not be refunded.

Please select your items with care as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty. 

If you discover that your items are defective, we will either send you a replacement or, if that is not feasible, refund your money. To start the refund process, send an email to info@soignebyk.com.
Your refund status will be communicated to you through email once we've received and reviewed your return.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sadly, we are unable to accept returns on a number of different product types, including limited editions, bespoke goods (such as special orders or personalized items), inserts and lifestyle products (such as candles and mugs).
