We understand that you may have inquiries regarding our offerings and the ordering procedure. Here are some responses to some of your queries. Please contact our staff between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, if you can't find the response to your query there.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do offer international shipping, with the exception of those countries in the continents of India, Africa, and parts of Europe. You can find more information on the countries we ship to by entering your address at checkout. 

We offer to ship with and without tracking, however, we do recommend the ‘Shipping with Tracking’ option to ensure you are able to track the progress of your package and ensure it arrives safely. We are not responsible for any lost packages or damages that happened during the postal transit.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER & GET A REFUND?
You can cancel your order and receive a refund (less any processing fees) if it hasn’t been dispatched yet, please email info@soignebyk.com to request this. If you live in Barbados and would like to return your planner please see HERE for our returns policy.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds on international orders once shipped however we do offer package protection through Route Package Protection, click here to learn more

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We Accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we would not be able to change the order.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, if you have placed an order for international shipping you will receive a tracking number for your order via email once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, then please contact us via email at info@soignebyk.com.

Q: I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVE ONE. WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that some of your items are shipped separately to speed up delivery. Rest assured that you will get the items that you have ordered. Once we've received your query, the relevant team will get back to you as soon as possible. Depending on seasonal trends, this may take a little longer. Your query will always be passed to a team that can help, so rest assured that you're contacting the right team.
